The development objective of the Energy Efficiency Project is to increase the efficiency in the use of energy by developing a sustainable and growing market for energy efficiency services and equipment in Argentina. Potential negative impact include: air and noise pollution; poor management of waste; actions that go against the local communities’ interests.
