The development objective of Accelerating Solar Water Pumping via Innovative Financing Project is to support sustainable access to water in selected rural communities of Tanzania. This restructuring paper requires the following changes: (i) extend the closing date of the project from December 31, 2020, to June 30, 2021; (ii) amend the project’s result framework and operations manual.
