The main objective of the PMI project will be to support the Government of Türkiye in developing and launching carbon pricing instruments, notably ETS and capacity for Article 6 mechanisms. Considerations regarding other CPI’s, such as a carbon tax and a domestic crediting mechanism, are also given under the scope of the PMI program.
