In accordance with the RAS Agreement the scope of Component 2 is to contribute to the increase of the performance in public procurement of selected contracting authorities (CAs) by optimizing internal procurement processes and increase the capacity of the procurement professionals. These objectives will also ensure the unitary application of the operational tools, methodologies, and templates as well as the common understanding of the procedural aspects.
