World Bank Cambodia oil and gas special supplement : country experience with petroleum revenue funds - part 2 (English)

A number of developing countries have established petroleum revenue funds. A recent study constructed a scoreboard comparing sovereign wealth funds from around the world, most of them deriving income from petroleum revenues. Among developing countries, Timor-Leste and Azerbaijan run two highest ranking petroleum revenue funds. This note describes and contrasts the funds in these countries.
